With the expansion of tourism came the challenge of transportation. Transferring passengers and cargo by sea proved to be time consuming and inconvenient‚ especially during rough weather. The islands needed a solution.

Emetebe's arrival in 1995 revolutionized transportation in the Galapagos Isles and brought air travel as an alternative option. Ecological airports were built in the various islands to accommodate the advent of air traffic. This did not only result in the introduction of modern technology but also improved employment opportunities and inter island commerce.

Today‚ air mobilisation has become an established transportation method used all around the world. We are proud to have opened this possibility to the Galapagos and guarantee to deliver a fast‚ comfortable and safe travel experience to all our customers.
